Up to a $2500 sign on bonus is available to reward technicians that have chosen to become NATE Certified. The signing bonus is paid after 60 days of employment. This means that when you join the team you have 60 days to complete your NATE Certifications, and receive your Bonus. Each Nate Certification has a value to it that determines the total sign on bonus.
